Todd Silverman

Todd comes to Shames Makovsky Realty Company with over 13 years of commercial real estate experience and having brokered the acquisition and disposition of over 40 commercial properties. He specializes in the buying, selling, leasing, and redevelopment of investment holdings.
 
In addition to selling in excess of $75 million in real estate, Todd has leased more than one million square feet of commercial space. Past clients have included Chipotle, Local Matters, and Global Technology Resources, Inc. to name a few.
 
Todd’s professional affiliations include the Denver Metropolitan Commercial REALTORS®, Colorado Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Michigan State University.
