Sheldon, a long-time resident of Denver, joined Shames Makovsky Realty Company in 1983. He specializes in selling and leasing warehouses, retail buildings, land, and other business opportunities.
Throughout Sheldon’s real estate career, he has been able to repeatedly provide his expertise to many clients for all of their transactions. He is also well-known for his professionalism and dedication to every client.
Sheldon is a partner in many Denver real estate investments and is also a licensed real estate broker in Colorado. He has two grown children and lives with his wife Elaine in the Denver metro area.
