Sanford R. Feld

A life-long resident of Denver, Sandy has been associated with Shames Makovsky Realty Company since 1982. He specializes in selling and leasing retail, industrial, and investment real estate in addition to vacant ground. 
 
Past experience includes exclusive representation of several Denver Metro automobile dealerships from site selection to municipality approvals. Sandy is also a principal owner in several commercial real estate investments throughout the Denver area.
 
Sandy serves on a number of organization boards and is as licensed real estate broker in Colorado. He graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance. Sandy lives with his wife and three children in the Denver metro area.
