Ryan has been a Shames Makovsky Realty Company associate since 2009. He specializes in buying, selling, and leasing investment properties.
 
Ryan’s expertise is in the Downtown Denver area with a focus on Lower Downtown (LoDo), the Ballpark, Golden Triangle, and North Highlands markets. Past experience includes significant sales for companies such as Prestige Imports, Wireless Source, and Highline Automobile Brokering.
 
Originally from Santa Barbara, CA, Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Arizona. He lives with his wife and two children in the Denver area.
