Dick joined Shames Makovsky Realty Company in 2006 following his tenure with real estate companies such as Fuller & Co., Frederick Ross Co., and Cushman & Wakefield. He specializes in sales and leasing of industrial and investment real estate.
At the Fall 2009 convention of the National Association of REALTORS® in San Diego, the Board of Directors designated Dick with REALTOR® Emeritus status in recognition of his service to the industry and outstanding brokerage activities during his career.
In 2007, Dick was recognized 6th in investment sales by Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® with a sales volume of $36 million. Dick has represented numerous local and national clients which include Michelin Tire Corporation, General Electric, USAA Real Estate, Pannatonni Development Company and Allianz.
Dick is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®, having served as Colorado chapter president and a director of the national board. He is also a graduate from the University of Colorado with a Bachelors of Science in Business.
