Jamie Mitchell

James "Jamie" Mitchell joins Shames Makovsky Realty Company having spent two years as a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial, R.E.S.I.  Jamie's specialty is in retail and income producing investments.  In the past few years, Jamie has represented multiple landlords of shopping centers, free standing buildings, and other types of retail product that resulted in numerous sales and leasing transactions.  He has also represented a wide variety of retail tenants in locating logistical and financially beneficial locations throughout the Denver metro area.

Jamie has also spent 15 years building, managing, leasing, selling and investing in real estate properties.  With a passion for real estate investment and retail business success, Jamie aspires to combine all his previous skills and experiences to become one of Denver's leading retail commercial brokerage advisors.
