Elizabeth (Liz) Morgan joined Shames Makovsky Realty Company with over 18 years in the commercial real estate industry.  Liz specializes in all aspects of retail brokerage and retail/mixed use development, including national and local tenant, landlord and developer representation facilitating dispositions, acquisitions, direct leases, subleases, ground leases, build-to-suits, property assemblage, development entitlements, and pro-forma analysis.  Liz has represented many national, regional and local tenants, landlords and developers to strategize and negotiate the leasing, development and location of stores in the Colorado market as well as in other states.

Liz is a partner in a number of real estate developments in Colorado, California, Texas and Utah.  She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder in International Business, has been named a several times as a Top 10 Retail Sales Broker in Colorado, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and has volunteered with the Adoption Exchange and the Samaritan House.
