Edmund Pepper

Ed, a Denver native, has spent 29 years as part owner of Shames Makovsky Realty Company. Ed specializes in selling and leasing of industrial property with a focus on national and local manufacturing and distribution clients.
 
Ed was a former national distribution manufacturing firm owner and part owner of a medical equipment business. He is also a Vietnam veteran having served as an officer in the Naval Reserve.
 
He earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Denver and has served on the several different non-profit organization boards. Ed has two grown children and lives with is wife in the Denver area.
