Darrin A. Revious

Darrin joins Shames Makovsky Realty Company with over 24 years of experience in the Denver commercial real estate industry. He specializes in the Central Business District, Midtown, and Lower Downtown (LoDo) representing both landlords and tenants.
 
In 2009, Darrin handled 28 transactions totaling approximately $22.1 million. He has worked on dispositions, acquisitions, direct leases, subleases, build-to-suits, speculative development, portfolio management, national/corporate real estate, and real estate consulting. Past clients include American Lung Association, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Mutual of Omaha Insurance, and Denver Newspaper Agency, among others.
 
Darrin attended the University of Colorado, Boulder and is a member of Downtown Denver Partnership – Office Council and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).  He has also served as past president of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR).
