Cody Bishop

Cody Bishop joins Shames Makovsky Realty Company after spending two years as a broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial R.E.S.I.  Specializing in office leasing and sales, the majority of Cody's business is conducted in Denver's Central Business District and Southeast Suburban submarkets.  Cody's in depth market intelligence and genuine enthusiasm for the business make him a valuable resource for his clients.

In 2008, Cody was one of the recipients of the "Top 10 Young Brokers of the Year" award from Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR) of which is also a member. 

Prior to joining Coldwell, Cody spent two years working for a local real etate developer, acting as development manager for Century Development.  Cody played an instrumental role in the ground up development of two multi unit, income restricted housing and loft projects near downtown.

He received a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with Real Estate and Finance and minors in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Denver.
