Byron Johnson

Byron came to Shames Makovsky Realty Company in 2006 bringing with him extensive experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in representing buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
 
In the past, Byron has completed leases and sales of over 4 million square feet with a value in excess of $70 million. He has made the Denver Business Journal’s Top Ten Industrial Brokers list several times in his career. In 2008, Byron was ranked 7th on the Denver Metro Commercial Association of REALTORS® Heavy Hitters list for the previous year’s volume of transactions.
 
Byron has represented many national and local clients including Travelers Insurance, Johnson & Wales University, Allegiance Healthcare, Honda, Connecticut Mutual, Nissan, Mutual of New York, and Union Carbide Pension Fund. He has a Bachelors of Science in Business from the University of Wyoming and has lived in Colorado for over 34 years.
