Industrial properties sell for combined $6M

Two industrial properties in Denver sold recently for a total of almost $6 million.  The seller, First Industrial Realty Trust Inc. (NYSE: FR), sold the 78,787-square-foot propety at 1550 W. Evans Ave. to Cobalt Capital Partners LP of Irving, Texas.

Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler (CBK) represented the seller, with Denver's Shames Makovsky Realty Co. as a cooperating broker.
